Hello + welcome to this tiny space on the internet! I created this blog (+ changed the name twice since) 14 years ago as a creative outlet from my career in the emergency room as a PA. After spending the past 7 (or so) years on social media outlets, I have decided to delete all of the ones associated with this blog and get back to the heart of blogging.
“Do Good” Cotopaxi Hat // I wore this the entire trip. The sun beats down like crazy and you will definitely want to have a hat for all your hikes
CRZ Yoga Ribbed Tank + Biker Shorts // I LOVE these sets and I was glad I brought it since it was HOT for many of the days we were there! The shorts feel like butter and the tank has a built in bra.
Oversized Flannel Shirt (huntsman plaid) – only $12 and yes, it’s mens!
(vest) Women’s NS40 Light Travel Jacket Core Black + vest (both reversible) – I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this jacket + vest are. They’re waterproof + windproof all while being super light and packable into a suitcase. I wore the vest a lot as a layer in the mornings when it was cooler.
Columbia Hiking Boots // I wore these the entire week and have had them for years – they are the absolute best
Camelbak Helena 20 Hiking Hydration Backpack // I used this every day and never used another bag. It’s really convenient to have water at your side for hikes and it had a big pocket in front that fit snacks/sandwiches/sunscreen/bug spray/etc.
