Hello + welcome to this tiny space on the internet! I created this blog (+ changed the name twice since) 14 years ago as a creative outlet from my career in the emergency room as a PA. After spending the past 7 (or so) years on social media outlets, I have decided to delete all of the ones associated with this blog and get back to the heart of blogging.

Episode 67: Keeping the Spark Alive After Kids with Dr. Daryl Johnson
Relationships always require a lot of time and energy in order to be successful. This becomes extremely challenging once a couple has children because all the focus is directed towards them. It sometimes feels impossible to create balance between your relationship with your partner and time spent with the children. Dr. Daryl Johnson joins me on this episode to teach us how to do just that.
Dr. Daryl is a couples therapist, licensed professional counselor and psychologist in the Washington DC area. Dr. Daryl helps her clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in their relationships. She specializes in guiding singles and couples toward healthy romantic relationships. She recently released her first book entitled Love and Other Stuff, The No Bullshit Guide to Relationships When Love isn’t Enough.
